As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential customers, effectively introducing the company's products and services
• Engage in negotiation and sales activities to secure new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed recommendations to customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Telecalling or Cold Calling with a track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English. Basic knowledge of banking and financial services
• Proficient in lead generation and customer relationship management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet deadlines
