About the Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication over the phone. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a strong understanding of telesales and telecalling techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads through telecalling and tele sales activities
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective telesales techniques
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and implement strategies to improve the overall telecalling process
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in telecalling, tele sales, or telesales roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
