We are seeking a talented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and generating sales leads. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Engage in cold calling activities to identify and qualify new sales leads
- Utilize sales skills to effectively pitch our offerings and convert leads into customers
- Participate in telesales and tele sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Generate and nurture lead generation activities to expand our customer base
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in telecalling and cold calling techniques
- Strong sales skills and the ability to effectively pitch products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in telesales or tele sales activities
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
