About the Job

We are looking for a Doctor Connect Executive to join our team at Healthmug. This role is responsible for reaching out to doctors across India, introducing Healthmug's products and services, and assisting them in registering on our online portal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build strong professional relationships over calls.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors across India to introduce Healthmug and its product offerings.
• Explain the benefits of associating with Healthmug and assist doctors in registering on our portal.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and registrations in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for doctor connections and registrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for doctors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident, polite, and persuasive on call
