Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telecalling to generate new leads and book appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Continuously expand your product knowledge to provide accurate and informative responses to customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
