• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective tele-sales techniques
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Telecalling and tele-sales with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and objections
• Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
