About the Job:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Transaction Certificate (TC) Executive to manage and execute all TC-related processes in alignment with textile sustainability standards such as GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS. The role is full-time and onsite, requiring a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in TC documentation and certification in the textile/apparel industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and submit Transaction Certificate (TC) applications for GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS standards.
- Ensure accuracy of all data related to scope certificates, invoices, packing lists, and production records.
- Track and follow up on TC approvals from Certification Bodies (CBs).
- Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing TCs, supplier and customer certificates.
- Ensure compliance with the standard requirements for document retention and traceability.
- Stay updated on the latest guidelines, versions, and criteria of GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS.
- Assist during certification and surveillance audits by preparing and presenting necessary documentation.
- Generate regular reports on TC status, pending approvals, and certification validity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in TC documentation and certification in the textile/apparel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS standards and their certification processes.
- Familiarity with certification portals and tools used for TC submission (e.g., TE, Control Union, EcoCert platforms).
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital documentation systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
