We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing a variety of metal components using specialized welding techniques. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various welding processes, such as metal arc welding and TIG welding
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of metal components
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including power sources, torches, and filler materials
• Identify and troubleshoot welding issues, making necessary adjustments to achieve high-quality results
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate and prioritize welding projects
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 0 to 10 years of relevant welding experience
• Proficiency in welding, metal arc welding, fabrication, and TIG techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Familiarity with welding safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
