Account Manager - Commercial Sales

Overview

Own, retain, and expand a defined book of strategic accounts as an Account Manager for commercial sales, driving long-term revenue growth through multi-product expansion, renewals, and executive relationships.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of strategic customers for long-term revenue growth and retention.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product renewal performance.
• Identify expansion opportunities using usage data, customer maturity, org structure, and business goals.
• Engage engineering and executive stakeholders across technical and economic buying groups.
• Build and maintain customer partnerships through regular in-person meetings and onsite visits.
• Ensure predictable renewals by reinforcing value, outcomes, and ROI ahead of contract milestones.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene to support forecasting and decision-making.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience aligned to account management, farming, expansion, and upsell/cross-sell.
• Ability to work region-aligned time zones while being based in Mumbai.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong customer-centricity and empathy.
• Comfort selling to technical audiences and executive-level stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Software/SaaS or SaaS-adjacent business models.

• Location: remote position, but candidate must be based in Mumbai.
