Accounts Executive

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Levana Cyber High in Lucknow. You'll manage accounts receivable, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho while supporting our growing client base.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from clients
• Process and reconcile invoices using Zoho CRM and accounting modules
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transaction documentation
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and prepare aging reports
• Generate financial statements and reports for management review

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
• Proficiency with Zoho (CRM, Books, or similar accounting software)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail with numerical data
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience with other accounting software or ERPs
• Knowledge of GST compliance and invoicing procedures
• Familiarity with banking reconciliation processes
