## โ *Key Roles & Responsibilities:*
### ๐น *Campaign Planning & Strategy*
* Develop ad strategies for various client industries (e-commerce, service, local, etc.)
* Conduct audience research and define buyer personas.
* Perform competitive analysis and market research.
* Suggest budget distribution across platforms for best performance.
### ๐น *Campaign Setup & Execution*
* Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including lead, traffic, sales, and brand awareness campaigns.
* Set up and run Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Performance Max.
* Launch and optimize YouTube Ads (skippable, non-skippable, in-stream, etc.).
* Write compelling ad copies, headlines, and descriptions.
* Coordinate with creative/design teams for visuals and video assets.
### ๐น *Tracking & Pixel Management*
* Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
* Set up Custom Conversions, Events, and UTM tracking.
* Ensure proper funnel tracking and event attribution.
### ๐น *Campaign Optimization*
* Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance.
* Optimize based on key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.
* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements.
* Reduce ad wastage and scale winning ad sets/campaigns.
### ๐น *Reporting & Insights*
* Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
* Share insights and actionable recommendations with the team or clients.
* Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Looker Studio for reporting.
### ๐น *Client & Team Collaboration*
* Attend internal and client meetings for strategy and performance reviews.
* Align campaigns with client goals (leads, sales, website visits, app installs, etc.).
* Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to align messaging.
### ๐น *Stay Updated*
* Keep up with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and trends.
* Recommend innovative strategies for better reach and engagement.
