Overview
AI Engineer for Finance Technology, working at the intersection of AI and software engineering to explore and apply AI capabilities across the technology landscape.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and experiment with AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications.
- Build AI-assisted development use cases such as prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
- Take solutions from development/proof of concept to deployment using production-grade software engineering.
- Support testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows.
- Create reusable prompts, templates, and standards to enable consistent AI adoption in Finance Technology.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with teams to apply AI consistently and responsibly.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong foundations in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience developing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience moving solutions from development/proof of concept to deployment with production/testing considerations.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Ability to evaluate AI-enabled solution quality, reliability, and performance.
