AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Overview

AI Engineer to build and implement agentic AI solutions for customer service interactions across email, chat, and voice, while partnering with technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Translate business problems into technical solutions with technical, product, and business stakeholders.
• Design and implement agentic AI driven solutions with production-grade service considerations.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to enhance software development process experience and efficiency.
• Enable software development engineers to use agentic AI in products.
• Share ML engineering knowledge and learnings with colleagues to extend technical knowledge.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on experience in engineering and agentic AI.
• Solid knowledge of Python and AWS cloud technologies.
• Practical experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and open-source models such as Llama.
• Experience with agentic AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Capability in Java or Go.
• Awareness of LLMOps and experience applying it in agentic AI projects.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment approaches.
