Analyst, Lock Desk

Overview

Lock Desk Analyst supporting daily operations in the Secondary department by reviewing rates, auditing pricing, and managing loan lock requests and related maintenance.

What you'll do

• Audit the pricing system daily to verify accuracy of published rates.
• Ensure pricing-related data is accurately entered and maintained.
• Review and verify incoming lock requests.
• Handle lock maintenance requests including extensions and re-locks.
• Prepare, execute, and input mandatory trade data.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues involving rate lock mismatches.
• Research pricing requests and update the system with required pricing changes.

What you'll need

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Finance, or other quantitative focus preferred).
• Analytical skills to understand complex numerical concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels internally and externally.
• Strong professionalism, ethics, and character.
• Problem-solving skills and critical thinking with strong reasoning.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
• Availability for later hours and a rotating schedule as needed.
