Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems to ensure smooth application operations.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across components of critical business systems.
• Act as an SME and collaborate to manage the team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to improve problem-solving and technical knowledge.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies including Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
