Application Support Engineer

Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, you troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems, working with various teams to maintain smooth application operations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges for critical systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and solve issues.
• Perform problem-solving and analyze system performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of application support processes.
• Contribute in discussing solutions to work-related problems.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience (and minimum 3 years in Microsoft Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in BICEP/ARM.
• Experience with YAML, Terraform, CI/CD, and pipelines.
• Good expertise in PowerShell.
• Required: 15 years full-time education.
