Apprentice - IT (Azure PaaS Developer)

Overview

Apprentice (IT) focused on becoming an Azure PaaS Developer and building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. You’ll work on low-code/pro-code AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and learn enterprise engineering, security, and responsible-AI practices.

What you'll do

• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying cloud-native applications and services on Azure PaaS (App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure SQL, Storage).
• Build and refine conversational and agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources).
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with enterprise data and services using connectors, Power Platform, and REST APIs.
• Support prompt design, testing, and tuning to improve AI accuracy, relevance, and safety.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Document designs, configurations, and learnings for the team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or AI/Data Science).
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, software design, data structures, and basic algorithms.
• Web and API concepts including REST, JSON, and HTTP.
• Working knowledge of at least one language: C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Foundational understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud computing concepts (compute, storage, networking, identity).
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational data.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development.
