Assistant Associate-Warehouse

Overview

Assistant Associate-Warehouse role in Pfizer’s manufacturing logistics and supply team, supporting timely movement of materials and finished goods and compliance with required SOPs and regulations.

What you'll do

• Complete tasks within agreed timeframes using standard procedures and moderate supervision.
• Troubleshoot moderately routine process issues and help resolve them.
• Support movement of materials and finished goods using equipment like forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks.
• Ensure periodic review of work with a focus on sound technical judgment.
• Adhere to SOPs, cGMPs, plant safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with corporate and government regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support for hi-rise operations and complete documentation via a computerized inventory system.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to complete documentation related to inventory movement.
• Advanced knowledge of information management practices and concepts.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to verbal and written instructions/facility documents.
• Ability to operate motorized forklifts.
• Proactive and effective communication within and across shifts.
• Advanced electronic and computer skills including Excel, Word, Microsoft dynamics, Visio, and SharePoint.
