Assistant Engineer-Buildings (Structures Vertical)

Overview

Assistant Engineer (Buildings – Structures Vertical) for AECOM’s Building Structures team in India, working on building projects using technical solutions under general direction.

What you'll do

• Develop technical solutions for difficult building-structure problems.
• Work under general direction on assigned objectives and features.
• Independently determine and develop approaches to solution methods.
• Handle assigned work with overall responsibility and accountability.
• Contribute to projects delivered using BIM and relevant discipline software.

What you'll need

• Have a Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate accredited engineering discipline.
• Have 3-6 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
• Have knowledge of building design services, associated regulations, and technical standards.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to work independently at times.

• Role is based in India.
• Requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
