Associate Consultant

Overview

Associate Consultant on the Global COO L&D Functional Training Team, delivering and improving training solutions for the Transfer Agency function and assigned business units.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and deliver training programs and mandatory curricula across Global COO L&D locations.
• Design, develop, and maintain Transfer Agency training curricula.
• Deliver new-hire training and training for existing systems and system rollouts.
• Maintain training progress reports and assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Consult with business-unit stakeholders and collaborate with Global Training Teams.
• Identify subject matter experts, external vendors, and project requirements as needed.

What you'll need

• Prior operations experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, financial services, or a similar function, or prior training and consulting experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work across all staff levels.
• Self-starter and team-player approach.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to build learning solutions using ADDIE, for the training-professional profile.
• Exposure to learning tools and eLearning methodologies, for the training-professional profile.

• Internal eligibility includes 24 months as a Senior Analyst for movement to Associate Consultant.
