Associate Finance Analyst - I

Overview

Associate Finance Analyst - I will execute day-to-day Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable activities for Morningstar’s Finance Shared Services, aligned to process discipline and KPIs/KRAs.

What you'll do

• Assist in transitioning processes from local operations to India shared services.
• Execute assigned AP/AR transactions with timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage global customer billing inquiries.
• Resolve customer queries via email and phone calls.
• Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions.
• Report on work executed and track task progress against KPIs/KRAs.
• Perform bank reconciliation and support month-end critical activities.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of concrete experience as an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Executive.
• Experience working on an ERP module.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritize workload and be particular with numbers.
• Process-focused approach to achieve SLA in day-to-day activities.
• Experience interacting with foreign clients.
• TAT-oriented understanding of month-end closing criticality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle 11i / R12.

• Hybrid work environment with in-person collaboration each week; in most locations, four days in-office each week.
