Overview

Support transactional procurement operations by managing purchase orders, suppliers, requests, invoices, and related stakeholder queries.

What you'll do

• Perform procurement tasks according to approved standard operating procedures.
• Manage vendor activities, competitive bidding, and requests for quotations.
• Create and fulfill requisitions and purchase orders.
• Handle delivery confirmations, queries, invoice issues, and payment-related issues.
• Maintain purchasing information records, contracts, catalogs, and related data.
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties.
• Support process improvements, tool implementation, and process standardization.

What you'll need

• Ability to perform procurement operations.
• Knowledge of purchase order requests.
• Intermediate English proficiency at B1 level.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Master's degree in operations management.
• Ability to meet service-level agreements while following procedures and client policies.

Nice to have

• Certified Procurement Professional certification from IIPMR.
