Associate – SAP MM, SAP, Advisory

Overview

Associate SAP MM (SAP Advisory) focused on SAP business application consulting, including analysis of client needs, implementation, and training/support for SAP solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide ABAP development across multiple SAP modules.
• Oversee end-to-end technical development for SAP implementation and support projects.
• Design, develop, and optimize custom RICEFW objects (custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms).
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems and coordinate post-go-live support.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience.
• Hands-on SAP ABAP development experience (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits).
• End-to-end SAP implementation project experience (minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations).
• Knowledge of SAP modules including MM and optionally others like FI/CO, SD, PP, HR.
• Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views.
• Experience with OData services and SAP Fiori integration.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
