AWS Full stack Developer - Manager

Overview

Manager role for an AWS Full Stack Developer at PwC Acceleration Center India, leading teams and delivering cloud-based software solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead development and implementation of software solutions for digital transformation.
• Manage and mentor teams to improve performance and client service.
• Design, code, and test applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Use cloud-based tools to optimize software development processes.
• Oversee enterprise application integration and ensure seamless functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 8 years of experience.
• English proficiency (oral and written).
• Programming proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one listed field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering).
• Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) proficiency.
• API management and microservices architecture experience.
• 5+ years hands-on AWS experience and 10+ years software engineering experience.
• Frontend framework experience (React, Angular, Next.js) and backend technologies (Java, Python, Node.js/TypeScript).
• Experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs with API Gateway, AppSync, and serverless patterns.
• Hands-on AWS services experience including Lambda, S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, Cognito, and IAM.
• CI/CD pipelines at scale using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Amplify.
• Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
• Containerization/orchestration tooling familiarity (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, Fargate).
• Application security and cloud governance knowledge (Cognito, IAM, KMS, WAF).
