BestDrive Accounting Administrative Assistant

Overview

BestDrive Retail Administrative Assistant supports the Store Manager and maintains site accounting and store administrative processes.

What you'll do

• Process receivables and payables for in-person customer interactions.
• Perform account reconciliation.
• Keep paper flow for work orders and invoices to receive customer payments.
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Support inbound calls and orders with order entry and logistics assistance for outside sales associates.
• Reconcile monthly inventory and manage inventory receiving and deliveries.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.

What you'll need

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold an HS Diploma (or equivalent).
• Have previous experience with account reconciliation and AP/AR.
• Demonstrate proficiency in planning and organizing tasks, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills for interactions with customers, vendors, competitors, and employees.
• Have excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite with Excel basics (sort and filter).

Details

• Work hours are Monday–Friday.
• Office/retail sales counter environment with physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and walking; occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
