BestDrive Commercial Sales Associate (EG)

Overview

Commercial Sales Associate for a commercial tire dealership, acting as the main contact for sales and service to drive fleet business and sell tires, retreads, and related services.

What you'll do

• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads, and related services.
• Solicit existing store accounts and call on prospective new accounts.
• Develop and maintain accounts with regular sales calls and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and make recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate customer information.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports per company procedures.
• Meet established sales and gross profit goals while maintaining acceptable profit margins.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must pass a background check, physical exam, and drug test.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).

Details

• Work hours generally 7–5, Monday–Friday, with Saturday/evenings as needed.
• Travel: 75% within the regional area; minimal overnight travel.
• Required to lift 50–75 lbs routinely; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Works in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to heat and cold.
• Required to comply with OSHA and safety requirements and handle hazardous materials with protective equipment.
