BestDrive Commercial Sales Associate (EG)

Overview

Commercial Sales Associate is the main sales and service contact for a commercial tire dealership, handling sales for area fleets and promoting tires, retreads, and tire services.

What you'll do

• Solicit existing store accounts and call on prospective new accounts.
• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads, and related services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and account follow-up.
• Use the existing business operating system for billing of sales channels.
• Seek new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports per company procedures.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment.
• Good oral and written communication ability.
• Ability to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, and criminal history.

Details

• Work hours generally 7-5, Monday–Friday; Saturday and evenings as needed.
• Travel: 75% within the regional area; minimal overnight travel.
