BestDrive Commercial Sales Associate (EG)

Overview

The Commercial Sales Associate is the main contact for sales and service at a commercial tire dealership, managing fleet sales and developing new accounts.

What you'll do

• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads, and related services.
• Solicit existing store accounts and call on prospective new accounts.
• Develop and maintain commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Maintain current accounts via regular sales calls and follow-ups.
• Learn and use the business operating system for billing of sales channels.
• Meet established sales and gross profit goals and maintain an acceptable profit margin.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports following company procedures.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced, team environment.
• Good oral and written communication ability.
• Ability to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, and criminal history.

Details

• Work hours are generally 7–5 Monday–Friday, with Saturday and evenings as needed.
• Work involves indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to heat and cold.
• Travel is 75% within the regional area with minimal overnight travel.
