BestDrive Commercial Sales Associate (EG)

Overview

The Commercial Sales Associate is the main contact for sales and service for a commercial tire dealership, driving sales for area fleets and promoting tires, retreads, and tire services.

What you'll do

• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads, and related services.
• Solicit existing store accounts and call on prospective new accounts.
• Develop and grow commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-ups.
• Work in the business operating system for billing across sales channels.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports per company procedures.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, and criminal history.
• Ability to pass a physical exam and drug test.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Details

• Work hours generally 7-5, Monday–Friday; Saturday/evenings as needed.
• Travel: 75% within a regional area; minimal overnight travel.
• Required to lift 50–75 lbs routinely; may occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
