BestDrive Commercial Sales Associate (EG)

Overview

The Commercial Sales Associate is the main contact for sales and service in a commercial tire dealership, driving sales for area fleets and promoting tires, retreads, and tire services.

What you'll do

• Solicit existing store accounts and call on prospective new accounts.
• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads, and related services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Work through an existing business operating system for billing.
• Seek new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Meet established sales and gross profit goals.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• Good oral and written communication ability.
• Ability to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, and criminal history.
• Ability to pass a physical exam and drug test.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; no visa sponsorship and no relocation assistance.

Details

• Work hours generally 7-5 Monday–Friday; Saturday and evenings as needed.
• Travel: 75% within the regional area; minimal overnight travel.
• Required to handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment.
• OSHA safety compliance required.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs routinely; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
