BestDrive Finance Manager

Overview

Finance Manager to lead finance, accounting, pricing, procurement, and investment controlling supporting retail and plant operations in North America.

What you'll do

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Develop financial reporting, KPIs, and Power BI dashboards for business decisions.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and drive continuous process improvements.
• Partner with leadership on capital investment planning, business cases, and financial analysis.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting, finance, or controlling experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with financial accounting, month-end close, budgeting & forecasting, FP&A, and intercompany accounting.
• Intermediate Power BI experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
