BestDrive National Operations Manager

Overview

The National Operations Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain leads end-to-end operational execution for a multi-location retail organization, ensuring consistent logistics, inventory availability, service quality, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all store operations across the organization.
• Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely product availability and efficient inventory flow.
• Manage and support Store Managers, setting performance expectations and operational KPIs.
• Lead the Operations Supervisor to coordinate corporate initiatives with field execution and ensure operational compliance.
• Own operational performance metrics such as service quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, cost control, and execution consistency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, HR, Training, Safety, and Finance to support operational execution and initiatives.

What you'll need

• 8-12+ years of progressive operations or supply chain leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel.
• Must be able to pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification, and criminal history.

Details

• 50-75% travel throughout the country is required.
