BestDrive Retail Store Manager

Overview

The BestDrive Retail Store Manager runs daily operations for a BestDrive retail location, leading store staff, driving sales, and improving customer service and profitability.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations and supervise employees.
• Develop strategies and sales plans to improve customer service and grow profitability.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-ups.
• Promote and sell new truck tires, retreads, and tire services, including engaging area fleets and tire users.
• Manage inventory and protect assets (inventory, accounts receivable, trucks, and equipment).
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees while coaching, counseling, and appraising results.

What you'll need

• 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• 5+ years’ experience in the tire industry.
• 2–5 years’ experience managing and leading people and/or projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Details

• Must be available for rotating shifts, potentially nights and occasional weekends.
• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to heat and cold.
