BestDrive Service Technician (EG)

Overview

Service Technician for BestDrive who mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs commercial vehicle and medium truck tires and related equipment.

What you'll do

• Mount and dismount tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load and unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair tires and determine repairable tire conditions.
• Inspect tires and wheels before and after service using established procedures.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and related tools.
• Document work performed accurately per company policy.
• Perform emergency road service calls on a rotating nights/weekends basis.

What you'll need

• Be 18 years or older.
• Hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Communicate verbally and in writing with co-workers and management.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.

Details

• Work hours generally 7–5 Monday–Friday; Saturday/evenings as needed.
• Rotating emergency road service calls on nights and/or weekends.
• Must comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Required to lift 75–100 lbs routinely; occasionally up to 150 lbs.
