BestDrive Service Technician (EG)

Overview

BestDrive Service Technician required for commercial vehicle and medium truck tire service and repair, including off-the-road equipment.

What you'll do

• Dismount, mount, and install tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load and unload tires on and off trucks and equipment.
• Repair tires by inspecting pre- and post-service conditions.
• Review work orders with supervisors and discuss repair needs.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools.
• Perform rotating emergency road service calls on nights/weekends.

What you'll need

• Be 18 years or older.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Communicate clearly with co-workers and management (verbal and written).
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Details

• Work hours generally 7-5 Monday through Friday.
• Saturday and evenings as needed; little to no advance notice may apply.
• Required to lift 75-100 lbs routinely; occasionally up to 150 lbs.
