Business Analyst

About the Job

We are hiring a Business Analyst for a Full-time role with OnSite work flexibility. In this position, you’ll bridge business needs and technical delivery by translating stakeholder goals into clear, testable requirements. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure solutions are built efficiently and aligned with business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering and analysis through interviews, workshops, user story mapping, and document review.
• Translate business objectives into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Management to refine priorities, define scope, and support roadmap-driven delivery.
• Model and document current vs. future-state workflows to improve clarity, consistency, and traceability.
• Support project planning by estimating requirements, identifying dependencies, and flagging risks early.
• Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and ensure feasibility.
• Validate deliverables by aligning outcomes with acceptance criteria and assisting with UAT or validation efforts.
• Maintain requirement traceability from discovery through delivery to ensure changes are properly tracked.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis fundamentals with proven ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Practical experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis, including stakeholder engagement and documentation.
• Experience supporting Product Management activities such as backlog refinement, scope definition, and prioritization.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how requirements flow through delivery.
• Ability to write clear, testable requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, process discipline, and strong ownership of requirement quality.
