Business Consultant

Overview

Business Consultant role focused on designing, delivering, and deploying solutions for small and large business requirements across global operations.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery aligned with Syngenta GSM standards.
• Conduct fit-gap sessions to research processes and gather requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and review solution designs.
• Coordinate with System Implementation partners and Application Support teams for delivery success.
• Bridge between business users, IS organization, Business Architecture, and cross-tower teams.
• Support implementation by delivering steady-state support and conducting UAT and training.

What you'll need

• Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance and Procurement processes including I2P and OTC.
• Possess experience with Accounts Payable & Receivable, General Ledger, reporting, treasury costing, FP&A, asset accounting, and profit centre accounting.
• Have proven SAP Finance, Controlling, and Procurement implementation experience.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SAP module integration (FI, CO, MM with other modules).
• Experience writing functional specifications for ABAP objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Hold CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance.
