Business Development Executive

About the role

We're looking for a driven Business Developer Executive to grow our client base through proactive outreach and partnership development. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone with recruitment industry experience who thrives on building relationships and closing deals independently.

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify new leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and industry networking to identify potential company partnerships
• Conduct product demos over Google Meet and other video platforms, clearly articulating value propositions to prospective clients
• Onboard new companies end-to-end, from initial discovery conversations through contract negotiation and account setup
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partnerships by leveraging LinkedIn connections, industry events, and referral networks to explore collaboration opportunities
• Track deal progress, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on pipeline metrics and conversion rates

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in recruitment or staffing roles, ideally with exposure to business development, client acquisition, or account management
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals through direct outreach and consultative selling
• Comfort with LinkedIn as a primary prospecting tool and ability to craft compelling outreach messages
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset — you'll be working on a commission basis and must be comfortable with variable income tied directly to your performance

Nice to have

• Experience running product demos or conducting discovery calls with enterprise clients
• Familiarity with recruitment technology platforms or HR software
• Track record of building long-term partnerships and account expansion
