Business Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Sensor Tower is hiring a Business Technology Support Engineer in Warsaw, Poland to manage corporate IT tools and facilities for a global staff.

What you'll do

• Develop and interpret corporate IT and info security policies and related procedures tied to SOC II compliance.
• Review new vendors and drive process improvements.
• Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment and maintain an asset inventory.
• Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
• Coordinate IT project activity and train users on IT systems while providing technical support.
• Assist with employee provisioning and deprovisioning.

What you'll need

• Operating system knowledge for Mac and Windows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with close attention to detail.
• Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM, and other SaaS tools.
• Proficiency in installing/configuring software and hardware including network equipment and printers.
• Excellent communication skills for working with employees and other departments.
