Job description
Overview
Sensor Tower is hiring a Business Technology Support Engineer in Warsaw, Poland to manage corporate IT tools and facilities for a global staff.
What you'll do
- Develop and interpret corporate IT and info security policies and related procedures tied to SOC II compliance.
- Review new vendors and drive process improvements.
- Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment and maintain an asset inventory.
- Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
- Coordinate IT project activity and train users on IT systems while providing technical support.
- Assist with employee provisioning and deprovisioning.
What you'll need
- Operating system knowledge for Mac and Windows.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with close attention to detail.
- Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM, and other SaaS tools.
- Proficiency in installing/configuring software and hardware including network equipment and printers.
- Excellent communication skills for working with employees and other departments.
