Buyer, Procurement (Indirect Materials)

Overview

Buyer for Indirect Materials procurement, owning requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery management to ensure timely arrival of materials and services.

What you'll do

• Manage purchase requisitions in coordination with the Sourcing team.
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders to meet agreed lead times and delivery schedules.
• Execute delivery management to ensure timely arrival of materials and services.
• Escalate and resolve delivery issues and goods received discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Confirm end-user requirements through coordination meetings to align purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IMS/BCMS control procedures as per ISO standards.
• Guide the organization and suppliers to comply with company policies and RBA/Ethics/Trade Compliance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in indirect procurement in medium-scale manufacturing.
• Proficiency with multinational ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations, including customs clearance.
• Proficiency with AI tools and digital platforms.

Nice to have

• Expertise in report generation and data analysis.
• Competency in managing complex procurement documentation and compliance requirements.
