China – Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician (T)

Overview

Work as an Equipment Maintenance Technician on a tape head manufacturing production line, maintaining production tools and equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance according to the PM schedule.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and services on production equipment.
• Inspect and maintain production machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Document preventive maintenance and unscheduled failure details in required systems.
• Provide inputs to Shift Coordinator or Equipment Engineer to improve PM cycle-time and reduce scrap and cost.
• Provide technical training and certification for junior technicians.

What you'll need

• Hold a Certificate/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic, or equivalent.
• Be able to work a three-shift rotating schedule.
• Have 1 year or above working experience in a manufacturing plant.

Nice to have

• Read and write in English.
• Be familiar with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Hold an electrician’s license.
