China – Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician (T)

Overview

Shift online support to maintain manufacturing equipment performance and support continuous production line goals on quality, yield, cost, utilization, and cycle time.

What you'll do

• Provide shift online support for continuous production line operations.
• Monitor online machine status and report issues to EE Leader and Engineer.
• Perform final test product conversion and maintain 6S practices.
• Support meeting machine downtime and utilization goals; improve MTBA/MTBF.
• Assist with project follow-up and train operators on machine operation.
• Handle spare parts handout and replacements and maintain tracking records.
• Conduct routine PM and support troubleshooting and alarm handling.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting of Assy DA equipment.
• Familiarity with TOP equipment and process.
• Ability to perform shift machine status checking and device change.
• Experience with machine and tooling routine PM.
• Ability for report generation and focus on machine alarm analysis and troubleshooting.
• Workable English and office software knowledge (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Diploma with major in Engineering is preferred.
