China – Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician (T)

Overview

Maintain and optimize vacuum sputtering automated equipment, including refurbishment, installation, commissioning, and conversion for product changeovers.

What you'll do

• Refurbish, install, and commission vacuum sputtering automated equipment and key components.
• Perform equipment conversion tasks for product changeovers.
• Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly major equipment inspections and commissioning plans.
• Participate in design optimization and improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability.
• Use internal AI tools to analyze operational data and historical records for troubleshooting.
• Adhere to the company Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality and EHS standards.
• Standardize spare parts management and on-site working environment.

What you'll need

• Hold a college diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields.
• Understand mechanical and electrical control fundamentals.
• Operate common maintenance and testing tools including jigs, fixtures, and instrumentation.
• Have experience with automated equipment installation, automated equipment maintenance, or spare parts repair and precision adjustment.
• Be able to use internal AI tools to diagnose equipment failures based on data and records.
• Be able to follow Quality and EHS standards within the IMS.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining vacuum coating automated equipment.
• Experience independently managing equipment modification projects.
