Overview
Support client relationships and client success activities for CertifyOS, helping clients use its provider data platform and contributing to a positive client experience.
What you'll do
- Help build trust and loyalty by learning clients' business objectives and supporting Client Success Managers in aligning Certify's solutions to their goals.
- Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day client questions, providing timely, helpful responses and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist in executing client initiatives by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor client health indicators, flag at-risk accounts to senior team members, and help implement strategies to keep clients engaged and satisfied.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Certify's platform to help clients navigate features and answer common questions.
- Collect and organize client feedback and share insights with the Client Success, product, and development teams.
- Help prepare and deliver training sessions, webinars, and support materials that empower clients to use Certify's solutions.
- Help gather, maintain, and report key operational and performance metrics, and support the preparation of client-facing updates.
- Work with sales, implementation, operations, and product teams to support a seamless client journey and timely issue resolution.
What you'll need
- 1+ years of experience in client success, customer support, account coordination, or a related role; internship experience or a strong interest in health tech and SaaS will be considered.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic, evolving setting.
- Ability to support multiple accounts while helping deliver a positive client experience.
- Comfort working with data and basic analytics tools, such as Excel and Google Sheets, to help track metrics and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in developing client-facing and presentation abilities.
- A collaborative, team-first attitude and eagerness to work across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
