Overview

Clinical Data Associate II role focused on advanced data review and cleaning to support data integrity, timeliness, and inspection readiness across assigned studies.

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and update them in the data management database.
• Generate, track, and resolve data clarifications and queries.
• Perform SAE and third-party vendor reconciliations and third-party data reconciliations.
• Review data listings for accuracy and consistency and validate data management reports.
• Analyze and resolve data validation and other data management reports.
• Produce project-specific status reports for CDM management and clients on a regular basis.
• Contribute to CRF design and database updates, including potential CRF design implementation in an identified graphic design package.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic background.
• 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Data Manager role.
• Experience with RAVE / Veeva EDC knowledge.
• Ability to apply knowledge while adhering to regulatory guidelines, global SOPs, and client expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to use interactive computer programs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and strong English language/grammar command.
• Knowledge of medical/clinical trial terminology and project protocol / Data Validation Manual understanding.

• Standard schedule: Mon–Fri.
• Work environment: office or clinical environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
• Occasional drives to site locations and potential occasional travel.
