- Serve as first point of contact for customers hosting systems on the ClearDATA Secure Cloud, resolving common requests such as access issues, account changes and low-risk fixes using established runbooks and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve incidents that go beyond standard runbooks, digging into logs and performance metrics to diagnose complex issues and restore service quickly.
- Author, test and carry out approved infrastructure change requests, verifying each change so client environment updates do not introduce new problems or downtime.
- Tune monitoring and alerting to improve signal-to-noise, and implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Terraform or native cloud templates.
- Ensure all cloud deployments strictly follow healthcare compliance frameworks and internal security standards.
- Maintain clear ticket records and technical documentation, contribute to and update runbooks and SOPs, and participate in shift handoffs.
What you'll need

- Strong background in core IT operations, including networking, identity and access management, and operating system administration for both Linux and Windows.
