Consultant - Content Strategist

Overview

Contract Content Strategist role focused on SEO-driven content marketing, including generative engine analysis and GEO. You’ll create and optimize long-form content and support backlink growth through partnerships and outreach, working with AI tools and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and generative engine analysis to find content gaps and high-impact formats.
• Write, edit, publish, and optimize long-form SEO content across priority themes.
• Repurpose and distribute content on Medium, Dev.to, and relevant third-party platforms.
• Engage in subreddits to turn community insights into content opportunities.
• Identify and execute third-party partnerships, outreach campaigns, and guest placements to earn backlinks.
• Track and improve backlink acquisition performance and build scalable link-building systems.
• Use LLMs and AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and optimization while maintaining editorial standards.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in long-form SEO content writing (internships/freelance included).
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals including search intent, topical authority, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven content discoverability.
• Proven experience driving content partnerships and backlink acquisition through outreach.
• Fluency in AI-assisted content workflows using LLMs for ideation, creation, and optimization.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, able to simplify complex technical topics for developer and enterprise audiences.

• Fully remote position open to candidates residing anywhere in India.
• Contractual role for 12 months.
