Overview

Consult as part of transformation projects for Sia Partners clients, executing assignments that involve data structuring and analysis across Energy & Utilities.

What you'll do

• Execute project assignments for client transformation work.
• Structure and organize data for project deliverables.
• Perform data analysis, benchmarking, and synthesis.
• Conduct interviews and animate workshops.
• Create process maps and functional specifications.
• Support teams in roles as fast as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through business-unit forums.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Demonstrated collaboration and good communication skills.
• Analytical mind with interest in exploring options and reaching conclusions.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Ability to quickly build expertise in data and AI-related areas.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad.

Details

• Languages: trilingual French, Dutch, and English.
• German fluency is a plus.
• Work permit cannot be provided.
