Overview

Controls Project Engineer I in Pune (full-time) for delivering controls software and integration testing for logistics automation systems for airports.

What you'll do

• Lead design and development of LLC software for large-scale systems using Siemens TIA Portal and defined controls architecture.
• Coordinate across disciplines to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Define validation strategies and lead integration testing with SCADA, EM, and Safety Systems.
• Own planning, effort estimation, and on-time delivery for the complete LLC workstream.
• Develop diagnostic, simulation, and emulation tools to improve testing and commissioning efficiency.
• Support project leadership with risk mitigation strategies and system-level control solutions.

What you'll need

• Experience of 6+ years.
• Proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal Version 17 and above for development, diagnostics, and commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with WinCC SCADA systems for process control and monitoring.
• Expertise in HMI screen design and scripting, including dynamic content and user-defined controls.
• Ability to develop PLC code from scratch using STL (Statement List) language.
• Working knowledge of Profinet, Profibus, and AS-i communication standards.
