CTI MD - Enterprise Technology and Architecture Lead

Overview

Enterprise Technology and Architecture Lead (CTI MD) responsible for setting enterprise technology vision, leading architecture/innovation, and driving technical strategy and roadmaps for an assigned function.

What you'll do

• Research industry innovations and trends to shape enterprise technologies and capabilities.
• Uncover business use cases and drive solutions to accelerate enterprise business outcomes.
• Provide technical oversight of the functional technology portfolio and related decisions.
• Develop and lead execution of roadmaps while influencing strategic direction for assigned function.
• Run the “Office of Architecture” for the assigned function and coordinate planning and roadmap activities.
• Lead functional and central architecture governance, including complex project consultations and architecture reviews.
• Lead innovation activities, including Proof-of-Value work and technology modernization programs.

What you'll need

• 10+ years’ work experience in Information Technology across multiple technical areas and roles.
• Deep technical expertise across infrastructure, application domain, and engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical domains.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs and technical/architectural roadmaps with implementation.
• Ability to influence change up to and including AVP and IO level.
• Experience with portfolio management and formal project management methodologies, including agile frameworks and practices.
